Hello, I’m Mallorie Mae.
Eat Real Healthy Food came to life as part of my own journey to a healthier, happier me. It’s a lifestyle blog encompassing healthy eating, recipes, wellness, fitness, and more. I originally started out strictly as a food blogger, but there is so much more to my story that needs to be shared.
Simple recipes. Nothing overly complicated that takes a master chef to be able to create. Simple, easy to follow recipes, that anyone can make.
Healthy recipes. “Healthified” breakfasts, desserts, and sweets recipes (many with no added sugar) along with some quick and easy healthy dinner ideas.
Special diet recipes. While I’m not vegan or entirely gluten free, I do try to limit my intake of gluten and dairy, so many of the recipes you’ll find here are gluten free and/or vegan friendly.
Reviews. First hand reviews of popular workout programs, so you can see which one is right for you, before you buy.
Workouts. Workout routines you can do right from home, designed to target your goals. And some of my own personal workouts, and fitness progress.
Advice. How to get started on your road to fitness and tips to help you achieve your fitness goals.
