Cinnamon Cranberry Granola

Ingredients
  • 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup unsalted sunflower seed kernels
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup unsalted raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼ cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients.
  3. In a small bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
  4. Pour wet into dry and mix together very well.
  5. Spread mixture out onto a large, lined cookie tray.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes (until golden brown)
