I think “quick and easy” are the only kind of dinners that should exist. I mean let’s face it, once you get home from work, the last thing you want to do is spend an hour or more trying to make dinner, not to mention the added time for clean up.
Dinner around here is pretty standard; usually grilled chicken and veggies, prepared in different ways. But I get really bored really quickly when it comes to food, I can’t eat the same thing every, single, night. So I’m on a mission to become a little more creative with my dinners, instead of just with my desserts.
I don’t have nearly enough dinner recipes on my blog at this point. You guys probably think I live solely on breakfast and baked goods, and don’t get me wrong, if I could, I would, but I don’t think that would be a very nutritional diet. So I’m going to work on some more quick, easy, and low calorie dinner ideas.
